Position Purpose:
As the Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist, you will spend time in two key areas: Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. In this exciting role, you'll be the engine that drives our UK recruitment efforts, playing a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top performers as we work towards expanding our office operations in the UK.

Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.â
2. 1-2 years Talent Acquisition experience. â
Preferred:
1. 1-2 years Employee Relations experience.
2. Business Acumen: Knowledge of the business environment and IT.
3. Self-awareness; Self-motivated with an awareness and understanding of one’s strengths and areas of development.â
4. Experience in an advisory, information and/or business services organization.
5. Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish is preferred to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
