The Head of Talent Acquisition will design and oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top technology professionals. Reporting to the CHRO, this role will manage a team of recruiters, develop innovative sourcing channels, establish strong employer branding initiatives, and partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs. You will play a critical role in strengthening the company’s talent pipeline and supporting its rapid expansion in the IT sector.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within IT/Technology or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, with experience in hiring both local and international talent.
• Proven expertise in building recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent pipelines.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and talent analytics.
