Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Remote
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs across various departments, including technology, marketing, finance, and customer relations
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media platforms, talent databases, and referral networks
- Conduct screening calls and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivations, and alignment with company culture
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and shortlisting to offer extension and pre-onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming roles, ensuring a smooth and proactive hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a streamlined and positive candidate experience
- Assist in drafting and refining job descriptions in collaboration with department leads
- Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) up to date with all candidate interactions and recruitment stages
- Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices
- Promote the companyโs employer brand through candidate interactions, recruitment campaigns and social media management
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelorโs degree in Administrative Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in leadership roles in technology and/or ecommerce sectors
- Fluency in both English and Turkish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deep knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation methods across technical and non-technical roles
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search techniques)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a positive hiring experience
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for people and talent acquisition.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in high-growth startup environments
- Solid understanding of HR metrics and recruitment analytics
- Track record of creating impactful employer branding initiatives that attract and engage top talent
- HR-related certifications or training (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Recruiter certification)
