Job Summary: We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to become part of our Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Executive. The job's purpose is to oversee the entire recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and implement plans to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, cultural fit, and suitability for the role.
3. Interview Coordination and Facilitation: Arrange interview schedules, ensuring they align with both candidates’ availability and interviewers’ calendars. Create interview materials, including candidate profiles, interview guides, and evaluation forms.
4. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and other terms of employment.
5. Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance.
6. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and hiring decisions. Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate demographics.
7. Compliance with Policies & Procedures: Uphold ethical standards and comply with all company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
