About the Role

This isn’t just about filling vacancies – it’s about shaping the future of our business. As our Talent Acquisition Executive, you’ll search for, connect with and inspire talented individuals who share our values and want to be part of our story.

You’ll dive into platforms like LinkedIn, CV Library and Indeed, crafting engaging messages and building strong pipelines of future talent. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for candidates, ensuring every step of their journey is smooth, positive and truly memorable.

From writing job adverts that sparkle, to supporting interviews and advising stakeholders, you’ll be central to making sure Leightons continues to attract the very best. You’ll thrive on variety, enjoy building relationships, and love being part of a team that’s passionate about people.

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• A natural relationship-builder with strong influencing skills

• Confident communicator, both written and verbal

• Proactive, driven and resilient – you love finding solutions

• Comfortable advising and challenging stakeholders

• Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in retail or hard-to-fill roles (desirable)

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and creative sourcing techniques (desirable)

• A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing ideas

• GCSE Maths & English grade C/4 or above
