Title: Talent Acquisition Director (Recruiter)


Leadership Role: Report directly to the CEO



Location: Florida - Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience, efficient hiring practices, and quality hires.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to establish the company as an employer of choice in the automotive industry and beyond.

  • Identify and implement recruitment metrics, KPIs, and reporting methods to improve hiring efficiency, track progress, and enhance recruitment outcomes.

  • Source and attract diverse talent across all levels and functions, ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and prioritize hiring efforts, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, including recruitment agencies, industry groups, and educational institutions.

  • Develop and manage talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles to support proactive hiring needs and reduce time-to-hire.

  • Provide regular hiring forecasts and performance updates to the executive team and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Oversee the offer process and coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

  • Support professional development and training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated workforce.




Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of agency recruiting experience with a successful track record in quality placements

  • Proven experience in developing and executing scalable recruitment strategies in a high-growth environment.

  • Strong background in recruitment process optimization, talent pipeline management, and employer branding.

  • Experience in hiring for a diverse range of roles, ideally in both technical and non-technical functions.

  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance recruiting teams.

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).

  • Strong data-driven approach with experience in using analytics to measure and improve recruitment efforts.

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities.

  • Resilient and adaptable, able to navigate various levels of the organization.

  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to flexibility and collaboration.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in documentation and compliance.

  • Basic understanding of HR principles, with familiarity in offer and onboarding coordination.




Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
