Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Manufacturing

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

� Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience required

� Minimum of two years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required

� Manufacturing recruiting is required

Required Skills/Abilities:

� A desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment

� Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn and apply new skills

� Attentive to details and follows through on assigned tasks and commitments

� Flexible and driven to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriately

� Strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively disseminate information in a clear and concise manner

� Experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred

� Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required; iCIMS is preferred

� Knowledge of recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

� Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills

� Negotiation and decision-making skills

� Ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities

� Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint expertise

� Project management and change management skills

� Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

� Up to date on key federal, state and local laws and regulations

� Leverages AI tools to optimize workflows and drive daily productivity

� Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen

� Must be eligible to work in the United States, visa sponsorships are not available

� Regular attendance required
