Talent Acquisition/Recruiting & HR Coordinator (Bi-Lingual preferred)
For more than 40 years, Sunrise Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance, design and installation company, has been serving West Central Florida with a commitment to landscape and service excellence. We have an opportunity for a Contract (Temporary) Talent Acquisition Coordinator for 3 months (from October through end of December) for 30-35 hours per week. This role will be crucial in coordinating and supporting the sourcing and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs. To be a qualified candidate, you must be have previous corporate experience in coordinating the full recruitment cycle in a high-volume environment for at least 1-2 years. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Sunrise Landscape has multiple locations throughout Florida and this role will be located in Tampa, FL area.
Contract Hour Information: The role will be needed Tuesday through Friday from 9a-4p EST for 3 months from October through December.
What You Will Do:
- Manage opening all requisitions for high volume front line roles + office roles; manage entire database of open roles.
- Develop job descriptions & post jobs for the Talent Acquisition Specialists via ATS.
- Collaborate with hiring manager on approved roles being submitted.
- Help source potential candidates (inbound) via our Applicant Tracking System + build candidate databases with outbound research via social media, job boards & networking.
- Participate in screening resumes & scheduling candidate interviews.
- Provide weekly status updates in succinct, informative processes to Talent & People Operations leadership team.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Participate in onboarding of new employees where needed.
What You Bring To Us:
- Min Associates degree; preferred Bachelorsβ degree.
- Minimum of 1-2 yearsβ of professional experience in a high volume recruitment/talent acquisition/HR role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Qualities such as sense of urgency, detail orientation and excellent communication are non negotiable.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.
- Proven ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
