What You’ll Do
The Talent Acquisition team partners closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and candidates to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience while helping scale CoreWeave’s rapidly growing organization.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract), you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving recruiting team. This is a highly visible, candidate-facing role with a hybrid work schedule that includes coordinating and supporting onsite, in-person interviews.
You will own interview scheduling and logistics, maintain accurate recruiting data across systems, and serve as a key point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the interview process. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys creating a smooth, thoughtful experience for everyone involved.

This is a contract position. The hourly rate will be determined based on experience. Benefits, if applicable, will be provided through the contracting agency.

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
