We have a unique opportunity for you to join forces with one of the industry's leading Childcare Recruitment Agencies as a Talent Acquisition Recruitment Coordinator. This role is on a full-time basis, and our Head Office is located in Gladesville, 2111. The Role

Partner closely with other Talent Acquisition Consultants to take ownership of the entire recruitment process. Reporting to the Management team and aliasing with clients. Your role will see you responsible for the following:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process as our in-house resource for our clients.
  • Ensuring compliance and reference checks are completed.
  • Building and managing relationships with our recruitment partners.
  • End to end recruitment, including issuing contracts and supporting candidates with onboarding.
  • Working with service managers to creatively find recruitment solutions in remote areas.
  • Completing regular care calls with new starters. 
  • Coordinating and prioritising permanent and casual placements.

 The Candidate

  • Demonstrated experience in a Talent Acquisition role within a fast paced, corporate environment.
  • Solid experience with the whole life-cycle recruitment process.
  • Ability to build and nurture candidate relationships and talent pools.
  • A good understanding of Early Childhood Education roles and compliance.
  • Strong verbal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning, time and project management skills.
  • Experience working in the Early Childhood industry Essential.
