Following significant project wins and to help support KBRβs growth strategy, an exciting opportunity has come up for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team. This is a national role supporting a team of 6 Talent Acquisition Specialists who are hiring engineers and technical specialists to work on a variety of exciting infrastructure projects.
You will be part of a tight knit high performing team that is hugely appreciated by the wider business. We are a friendly, smart and supportive group looking for a switched on, organised, outgoing person to help strengthen and support our delivery.
The Opportunity
This role will be extremely varied and provide fantastic experience for someone looking to develop their career as a recruitment or administration specialist. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have mentoring and support from an experienced team which will enable the role to grow and develop.
Main responsibilities include;
Posting job adverts on Seek, Linkedin and the KBR Careers page
Reviewing CVs and screening candidates
Scheduling interviews across multiple time zones
Managing offers and pre employment checks
Reporting and maintaining candidate records
Supporting our Early Careers Recruitment and attending events at Universities
Building and developing relationships with stakeholders
