About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality hiring experience while enabling our Talent Acquisition team to scale effectively. This position sits at the center of our recruiting operations—driving coordination, optimizing processes, and ensuring every candidate and stakeholder interaction reflects excellence.
In this role, you will directly shape the candidate experience and operational efficiency of our hiring engine. Your ability to manage complexity, improve workflows, and ensure data integrity will enable the organization to attract and hire top talent at scale.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

  • Coordinate and manage complex interview scheduling across multiple teams, stakeholders, and time zones

  • Ensure seamless candidate experiences through proactive communication and logistical excellence

  • Support interview travel coordination, expense processing, and large-scale interview events or hubs

  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to manage requisition workflows, approvals, and job postings

  • Oversee background checks, employment verifications, MVR checks, and reference checks, including vendor coordination

  • Maintain and optimize data integrity within Workday ATS, SharePoint, and recruiting dashboards

  • Support reporting, analytics, and data audits to identify trends and improve recruiting effectiveness

  • Document and continuously improve talent acquisition processes, workflows, and best practices

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on TA systems and tools; provide onboarding, training, and support to team members

  • Assist with agency/vendor coordination, including contracts (MSA, SOW, CMS) and related processes

  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements of Talent Acquisition programs and operations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations OR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with relevant experience

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday strongly preferred)

  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts in complex, fast-paced environments

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and recruiting systems

  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations

  • Exposure to life sciences or commercial hiring environments

  • Experience supporting high-volume or complex interview scheduling

  • Familiarity with recruiting analytics, dashboards, and reporting

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership

  • Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs and removes friction

  • Customer-focused, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Process-minded with a passion for continuous improvement

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $23.42-$31.92. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 15% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
