ĀThe Role
Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator finds and attracts new employees to our organization, then onboards them with the same excellence that matches J/PRās hospitality clients. You are responsible for marketing for job openings, seeking out incredible candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and walking candidates through the interview process. A Talent Acquisition Coordinator also plays a primary role in the onboarding process of new employees through their first 90 days. You collaborate cross-functionally with our accounts team members, IT, Biz Ops, and agency leadership throughout the entire employee lifecycle, administering our internal talent and development programs.Ā
This is a hybrid role based in our San Diego headquarters, requiring 3 days a week in the office, with flexibility for additional days on-site as-needed for onboarding new hires and career fairs. At this time, local candidates will be prioritized.
