Description

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator for North America, you will be responsible for

recruiting process, scheduling, and on-boarding assistance of all employees internally and externally. This role will report to the Team Lead, HR Operations.

Day to Day

  • Assist managers and Talent Acquisition Partners with the vacancy request process (opening requisitions within the applicant tracking system (ATS), scheduling intake meetings with hiring managers, etc.)
  • Coordinate the candidate on-boarding process and experience including background check monitoring, and entry of new hires into HR Information System
  • Provide point of administrative delegation for Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Assist with posting positions internally and on external job boards
  • Maintains ATS ensuring information is correct and up to date
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
  • Field questions from hiring managers and candidates via phone and the recruitment functional mailbox
  • Collect I-9 documentation and review
  • Facilitates weekly orientation meeting for new hires
  • Deliver a great onboarding experience for all candidates
  • Run weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports
  • Perform administrative duties to support the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and the North America TA Team
  • Other duties as required

Essentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree level education ideally in Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Recruiting, DE&I, Human Resources, and/or administrative capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Superb time management skills

Applicable Pay Range

$50,144.00 - $75,216.00

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
