Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing:  

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand open roles and candidate profiles
• Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and referrals
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and sourcing activity within the HRIS
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including sending interview confirmations, follow-up emails, and feedback
• Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment
• Manage background checks, offer letters, and onboarding processes for preferred candidates
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as directed 

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters.
• Minimum Certificate IV Human Resources, Certificate IV Business or equivalent experience or transferrable skills
• Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have working rights in Australia
