Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
Previous experience working in an HR environment desirable

Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for front end recruitment activities under the direction of their area Recruiter. They act as a partner to their Recruiters by learning about the candidate pipelines in their area and reporting out on any trends or notable events. Responsible for supporting Recruiters in requisition template upkeep. The Coordinator also partners with key areas of Talent Acquisition with project, system, and event support as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Review candidate applications and determine if they are qualified for the position they applied to
Request and obtain transfer and rehire eligibility for applicable candidates
Learn and understand nuances of recruitment coverage areas in order to support the area Recruiter(s) assigned
Meet regularly with area Recruiter(s) to review trends and events with candidate pipeline
Support hiring activities within coverage area including but not limited to\: candidate phone screening, hiring event scheduling, candidate compiling
Maintains requisitions templates according to standard template set-up formatting and per direction of the Recruiter
Participates in Talent Acquisition workgroups that support recruitment process
Maintain a low new applicant to requisition ratio, while accurately dispositioning candidates
Assist Recruiter(s) with running reference checks on candidates as needed
Any other recruitment activities that promote personal or department growth as interested
All other duties as assigned
