The Talent Acquisition team at Janicki plays a vital role in supporting the companyās rapid growth by attracting and engaging the skilled talent that drives our engineering and manufacturing excellence. Partnering closely with leaders across the organization, the team ensures hiring needs are met with speed, quality, and a strong commitment to candidate experience. TheĀ Talent Acquisition (TA)Ā Coordinator strengthens this impact by serving as the operational center of the hiring process. Through precise scheduling, event support, and consistent communication, this role ensures candidates feel valued and hiring teams stay aligned. By streamlining logistics and enhancing the candidate journey, theĀ TAĀ Coordinator enables recruiters to focus on strategic talent engagement. Roles & Responsibilities:Ā

Interview CoordinationĀ

Schedule high-volume virtual and onsite interviews across multiple time zonesĀ

Coordinate candidate travel, lodging, and onsite logisticsĀ

Prepare interview agendas, room reservations, and day of support for onsite interviewsĀ

Maintain accuracy in all calendar invites, confirmations, and communicationĀ

Candidate ExperienceĀ

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring processĀ

Provide timely, clear communication and ensure candidates feel supported and informedĀ

Anticipate candidate needs and proactively remove friction from the processĀ

Event CoordinationĀ

Plan, organize, and support onsite hiring events, including scheduling, materials, room setup, and candidate flowĀ

Assist with virtual hiring events or recruiting related webinars as neededĀ

Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure events run smoothly and professionallyĀ

Recruiting OperationsĀ

Maintain accurate and up to date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Ā

Support preboarding and onboarding tasks, including document collection and new hire coordinationĀ

Assist with job postings, requisition updates, and general recruiting administrationĀ

Collaborate with recruiters to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiencyĀ

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is requiredĀ with a minimum of two yearsā experience in office setting.Ā

Experience coordinating interviews, schedules, events, or logistics in a fast paced or high-volume environmentĀ

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailĀ

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsĀ

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlinesĀ

Demonstrated commitment to delivering an outstandingĀ candidate experienceĀ

Proficiency with calendar management tools (Outlook, Teams, Zoom, etc.)Ā

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, event coordination, or administrative schedulingĀ

Familiarity with travel coordination or corporate travel systemsĀ

Experience supporting multiple recruiters or stakeholders simultaneouslyĀ

Comfort working in environments with evolving processes and rapid growthĀ

Detailed Wage InformationĀ

Wage range for this role isĀ betweenĆ¢ĀĀÆ$22 - $32 an hourĀ plusĀ a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay. The range provided is Janickiās estimate of the base compensation for this role.
