Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What You Bring

Beck is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our fast-paced HR team at our corporate headquarters in Downtown Dallas. In this role, you’ll assist with key pieces of the recruiting and onboarding process, help create a smooth candidate experience, and learn the foundations of talent acquisition within the construction and design industry.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their TA career who is eager to grow, build relationships, and gain exposure to multiple parts of the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the recruiting process by helping coordinate job postings, interviews, candidate communication, and scheduling

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to assist with sourcing efforts for select roles

  • Help maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and assist with basic reporting needs

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience

  • Assist with new-hire onboarding tasks, ensuring employees receive a welcoming and organized introduction to Beck

  • Provide administrative support such as preparing offer letters, sending emails, updating spreadsheets, and tracking recruiting activity

  • Ensure compliance with established TA procedures and company policies

  • Support recruiting activity across multiple Beck offices, including Dallas, Atlanta, Austin, Denver, Fort Worth, Tampa, and Fort Lauderdale

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, and basic sourcing tools (preferred but not required)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments

  • A proactive, positive attitude with interest in growing a career in Talent Acquisition
