The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports hiring operations across Country Meadows’ 10 senior living communities in Pennsylvania, one community in Maryland, and Lifesong Hospice. This Home Office role contributes through executive recruitment support, HR and talent acquisition project execution, hiring analytics and recruitment trend insights, and Employment Specialist team guidance and development, helping strengthen hiring practices and the overall candidate experience across the organization.

  • Full-time Monday-Friday in-office at our Home Office location in Hershey, PA.
  • Occasional travel to any of our 10 campuses located in Central, PA, Lehigh Valley, PA and Frederick, MD.

 Talent Acquisition Coordinator Responsibilities:
Working under the guidance of the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports hiring operations and talent initiatives across Country Meadows 10 communities and Lifesong Hospice.

  • Executive Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
    • Coordinate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and hiring logistics for Home Office and leadership positions.
    • Manage job postings, recruitment advertising, and applicant flow across platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
    • Monitor candidate communication and hiring progress within UKG to support a positive candidate experience.
  • Talent Acquisition and HR Projects & Operations
    • Assist with execution of HR and talent acquisition initiatives including job posting updates, recruitment marketing improvements, and hiring process enhancements.
    • Maintain recruiting procedures, process documentation, and job aids used by the Employment Specialist team.
    • Support evaluation and implementation of recruitment technologies and sourcing strategies.
  • Employment Specialist Team Support
    • Assist with training and onboarding of new Employment Specialists and maintain the Employment Specialist Training Manual.
    • Provide guidance and support to Employment Specialists regarding recruiting tools, workflows, and hiring practices.
    • Support preparation of materials and coordination of team meetings and development initiatives.
  • Hiring Analytics & Recruitment Insights
    • Track and review recruiting metrics including applicant flow, time-to-hire, and hiring activity.
    • Prepare reports and insights to support hiring decisions, Employment Specialist coaching, and recruitment strategy adjustments.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support.
  • Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems required; UKG experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare or senior living organizations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR compliance fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leaders and teams across multiple locations.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
