Join our team as a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator for a high-impact, six-month engagement. This role is often the backbone of our recruitment process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and providing critical administrative support to our HR and leadership teams.

 

Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $66,900.00 - $111,400.00, and a good faith estimate is $28.65 to $47.74 per hour, and a good faith estimate is $32.00 to $40.00 per hour. We generally base our salary decisions on factors including but not limited to, relevant work and leadership experience, education, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and in some cases, geographic location.

 

As a Limited Term Employee (LTE) on our company payroll, you will be eligible for our comprehensive health benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

 

Work Location: San Diego, CA (Rancho Bernardo)

Work Mode: Hybrid.  Three (3) days in the office, generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Reports to: Director - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination: Lead the scheduling of candidate interviews and post-interview debriefs, acting as the primary point of contact for logistics.

  • Onboarding Management: Manage the post-offer process, including the coordination of background checks, drug screenings, and physical assessments to ensure compliance and a smooth start.

  • System & Data Integrity: Help maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates within the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System and DayForce (HRIS).

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with IT Desktop Support for equipment provisioning and Facilities department and hiring leaders for workspace readiness.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain professional, proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a premium recruitment experience.

  • Operational Support: Assist with relocation requests with external suppliers and manage financial administration, including purchase orders and requisitions within SAP

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years focused on HR or Talent Acquisition support.

  • Systems Expertise: 1+ years of hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS/HCM platforms.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Location: Must be able to work at our San Diego office (Rancho Bernardo/Carmel Mountain Ranch) three days per week.
