Talent Acquisition Coordinator - 6 month contract

Initially this will be a 6 month, fixed term contract with a possibility of extension. 

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting and delivering end-to-end recruitment across Aspen Medical. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience while helping us secure top talent across our diverse business. Working across a combination of volume and specialist recruitment projects, you'll learn to switch gears and gain exposure to a broad range of recruiting styles.  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and selection support
• Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Conducting background and reference checks
• Preparing job offers and supporting onboarding for new hires
• Maintaining accurate candidate information in our systems
• Staying up to date with recruitment best practice and contributing to continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative and flexible team player
• Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders and candidates
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Desired:

• Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR support
• Experience using Oracle HCM (or similar ATS platforms)
• Foundational understanding of recruitment principles
