• The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams by managing scheduling, logistics, and the operational processes that drive successful recruitment efforts. • Schedule interviews, including panel, phone, on-site, and virtual formats, ensuring timely coordination with all stakeholders. • Arrange candidate travel logistics as needed, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. • Reserve and prepare meeting rooms or set up video conferencing tools and ensure all resources are ready for interviews. • Send interview confirmations and follow-up emails to candidates and interviewers with clear instructions and details. • Provide candidates with relevant materials, including company overviews, interview guides, and assessments, to set them up for success. • Track and update candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS), maintaining data accuracy and integrity. • Collect, consolidate, and distribute interview feedback in a timely manner to enable next-step decisions. • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with legal and organizational policies, maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality. • Act as the primary contact for candidates on logistical questions or concerns, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the hiring process. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear, consistent, and timely updates at every stage of the recruitment journey.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or recruitment support role. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools. Must have Workday or ICIM’s experience. • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. • Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources, Business or related degree. • Preferred: 6 years proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or recruitment support role. • Preferred: 2 years supporting new employee experiences/onboarding processes.
