The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key support role within the LotusWorks Talent Acquisition team, helping to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality recruitment process. This is a fantastic entry point into the world of Talent Acquisition ā whether you are a recent graduate taking your first steps into recruitment, or someone looking to make a career change into the field. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, working alongside experienced talent professionals in a fast-paced, global engineering services organization and building a strong foundation for a long-term career in TA. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a busy, collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Learn and support the end-to-end recruitment process, gaining practical experience across all stages of hiring.
- Partner with experienced recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals to develop core recruitment skills and best practices.
- Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other talent channels.
- Screen applications and support initial candidate outreach and engagement activities.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to start date.
- Contribute to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities to build recruitment capability and market knowledge.
- Take ownership of personal development, learning from feedback, mentoring, and hands-on experience.
- Prepare candidate profiles, CVs, and supporting documentation for hiring manager or client review.
- Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as required.
- Take meeting notes and track actions from Talent Acquisition team meetings.
- Monitor recruitment systems for errors or data issues and escalate where required.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
Skills Required
- 0ā1 years of experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative support role; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to work at pace and priorities effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy at all times.
- Confident and proactive in direct communication, with a willingness to engage candidates and stakeholders via phone as required.
- High attention to detail, particularly in the preparation of documentation, job postings, and candidate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital tools and platforms.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support colleagues across a range of tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the Talent Acquisition function.
Education / Licenses / Certifications
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
