  • Schedule interviews and liaise with training schools on assessments and inductions
  • Provide administrative support to high-volume recruitment campaigns

Pre-boarding & Onboarding

  • Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed accurately and on time
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure new starters are fully prepared

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in Workday

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
  • Strong candidate management and recruitment coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confident using ATS/HR systems and Microsoft Office

What Success Looks Like:

  • Strong conversion ratios from application to start
  • Timely establishment of new starters
  • High levels of system accuracy, compliance, and governance

Key Stakeholders:

  • HR
  • Operations
  • Training School

If you enjoy working at pace, take pride in delivering a seamless candidate experience, and want to play a key role in keeping a transport operation fully staffed and operational, we’d love to hear from you.
