Position Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional in recruiting, HR, or sales coordination-someone who's ready to grow and make an impact. In this essential support role, you'll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners to help source for and engage with top talent. This essential role reports directly to the VP of Human Resources but takes daily direction from the Talent Acquisition Business Partners who support our 12 firms.
From coordinating college career fairs to managing job postings and interview scheduling to leveraging sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems, you'll help keep our recruitment engine running smoothly. You'll gain firsthand exposure to the inner workings of talent acquisition in the A&E industry, learning how to identify technical candidates such as architects, engineers, and project managers.

Essential Responsibilities:
Search for qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and industry-specific platforms (e.g., Architect, AIA Career Center, ASCE to build comprehensive and qualified pipeline of candidates.
May assist with initial outreach to passive candidates for roles like architects, civil engineers, or project managers to help create engagement for the talent acquisition team.
Identify methods of contact for candidates.
Enter and update candidate data in the ATS.
Assist in job description creation.
Ensure all jobs are posted
Assist in reviewing applicants.
Assist in tracking candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
Generate production reports as needed
Assist in employer branding efforts via LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and niche A&E forums.
Assist in efforts related to college career fair planning and coordination.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role.

Exposure to A&E, construction, or technical environments is a strong plus.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, iSolve, LinkedIn Recruiter, preferred, other CRM software or similar tracking software.
Must be equipped to work from home in a space that provides professional experience.
Strong interest and ability for upward growth within the talent acquisition team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Teams, and Outlook).
Preferred: Experience sourcing candidates in technical roles like architects, engineers, CAD designers, or project managers.
