The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides comprehensive support for Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development through the support and execution of a variety of administrative functions, including generating and auditing reports, metric tracking, coordinating labor requests, sourcing and other projects.
YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate and track labor requisition requests.
- Assist with candidate sourcing through job boards, databases, and networking platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Manage, audit and report on Talent Acquisition requisitions and metrics, ensuring ongoing and accurate reporting and analysis.
- Participate in various hiring initiatives and projects, providing logistical and administrative support.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts within Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development functions.
- Assign, track, and manage training courses within the LMS.
- Process manual completions for in-person or externally completed training.
- Audit and update training records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation, testing, and launch of new training programs.
- Develop user guides and communications for employees regarding training requirements.
- Track and report training completions to ensure compliance with deadlines.
YOUR PROFILE
- 2 plus years' experience providing HR administrative support.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Previous HR experience in 3PL/Distribution environments preferred.
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
