- Ability to handle recruitment requests and requirements from various business units.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Prepare and update recruitment reports and trackers.
- Provide recruitment support to various business units across the organization.
- Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
