Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This position requires excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, career pages).
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding with Human Resources
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Consultants in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening and initial outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including phone, video, and onsite interviews.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and feedback.
  • Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related queries from internal teams and external applicants.
  • Assist in Managing recruitment metrics tracking and reporting.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs or recruitment events as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a similar administrative role preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with recruitment coordination in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
  • Experience creating automated processes
