About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across a diverse portfolio of roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and operational leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience that reflects Sodexo’s values and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of operational and support roles.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Champion employer branding and candidate experience.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
• Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
