Tasks:
- Conducting recruitment activities using various media and recruitment channels, as well as independently reviewing and managing initiatives for hard-to-fill positions (initiating active sourcing, adjusting search strategies, social media campaigns, etc.)
- Drafting and optimizing job postings in accordance with market trends and legal requirements
- Candidate management and communication throughout the application process
- Consulting with and advising functional departments, and conducting job clarification meetings
- Job-specific pre-selection of suitable candidate profiles during pre-screening, including tracking and co-deciding on subsequent profile evaluations by the functional departments
- Conducting telephone and in-person interviews to the extent required by the selection process, in English
- Establishing new processes and guidelines, as well as monitoring and managing existing ones (e.g., SB process, PES process, requests for erasure under the GDPR, guidelines and engagement of external staffing agencies, TM, GDPR compliance in the applicant process, MSS user rollout)
- Managing the Job Match Point hotline and advising internal employees on job opportunities within the RM Group
- Collaborating with staffing agencies, including contract negotiations, profile evaluations, scheduling, and invoice verification
- Compiling shortlists for submission to the departments
- Preparing qualitative and quantitative reports for the Recruiting Center as needed
- Collaborating on and designing projects within the Recruiting Center
Requirements:
- A successfully completed vocational training program with a focus on business, technology, or social sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Proven, successful practical experience of several years as a recruiter, at a recruiting center, or as a researcher
- Solid knowledge of legal regulations regarding the handling of personal data and the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG)
- Strong software skills and proficiency with MS Office products, including Excel, with a corresponding understanding of data processing options (e.g., Pivot)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and German
- A structured and results-oriented approach to work
- Professionalism in service and customer focus
- Strong negotiation skills and a friendly, engaging manner
- Reliability in time and process management, as well as strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel worldwide for business
