Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process which includes understanding business needs, developing and executing a sourcing strategy, screening/interviewing candidates, and offering extensions. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units and execute on approved openings.

As a recruiter supporting Global Risk Analytics you will focus on attracting, recruiting, and hiring talented professionals into Bank of America. You are responsible for sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. In addition, you will play a crucial role in identifying talent and understanding the external market.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts intake sessions with hiring managers to understand the business needs and manages requisition workbench within the applicant tracking system
  • Creates a pipeline of candidates with desired skills by developing and executing a sourcing strategy, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews to identify, attract, and recruit suitable talent
  • Coordinates the interview process with hiring managers and business leaders and provides feedback from screening interviews to prepare hiring managers
  • Facilitates creating a more inclusive workplace by ensuring that the hiring process leverages a pool of candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences
  • Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
  • Sources candidates from the external market and identify new and creative techniques to identify talent

  • Understands and become immersed in the Global Risk Analytics line of business

  • Partners with immigration partners on the best approach to hiring

  • Presents candidates to managers with appropriate detail to enable them to make hiring decisions

  • Proactively sources talent for future line of business needs  

  • Extends and negotiates complex formal job offers to the selected candidate, including details of compensation, benefits, and employment terms

  • Ensures a smooth transition for new hires, providing them with the necessary resources and support. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years professional level recruiting experience.

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, with the ability to establish credibility, demonstrate executive presence, and deliver strategic, consultative guidance to senior leaders and HR Partners

  • Ability to support other lines of business as needed based on hiring needs

  • Experience providing fact based and candid assessments of talent and making clear recommendations.

  • Knowledge of current immigration laws and how they relate to our ability to hire

  • Strong understanding of current competitive talent landscape.

  • Demonstrated experience understanding competitive offers.

  • Proven ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, facilitation, client service orientation, leadership.

  • Demonstrated expertise in development of sourcing strategies and cold calling.

  • Use of innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business while taking a broad perspective on strategic sourcing to meet workforce needs.

  • Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization/time management skills, self-directed/result oriented.

  • Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment; ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverables.

  • Previous experience developing concise and effective presentations and email communications.

  • Strong communication (both written and oral) skills.

  • Must maintain and exude strong sense of urgency and integrity.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$83,000.00 - $120,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
