Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant - Community, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for front-line roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll be the driving force behind building strong pipelines, creating innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand and culture. 

 

Full-Cycle Recruiting & High-Volume Delivery 

  • Drive high-volume recruiting efforts for front-line roles across multiple communities, ensuring timely and quality hires. 
  • Handle a consistent high-volume requisition load, balancing speed and quality. 
  • Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, timelines, and hiring priorities. 

 

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development 

  • Build and nurture talent pipelines through networking, community engagement, and creative outreach initiatives. 
  • Identify and engage candidates through proactive outreach to maintain healthy talent pipelines. 
  • Network within the local market to build candidate awareness and expand reach. 
  • Represent our brand at career fairs, open houses, and local events, showcasing our culture and growth opportunities. 

 

Hiring Manager Partnership 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, build strong partnerships, and deliver effective recruiting strategies. 
  • Provide timely updates, pipeline visibility, and guidance to hiring managers. 
  • Support hiring managers through consistent communication and coordination throughout the hiring process. 

 

Candidate Experience 

  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and responsive candidate journey from application to offer. 
  • Coordinate interviews and collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless, positive candidate experience. 
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our values, benefits, and unique employee experience to excite potential hires. 

 

Recruiting Operations & Compliance 

  • Maintain accurate, compliant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  • Track progress and manage workflows to ensure timely movement of candidates. 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in high-volume environments. 
  • Proven ability to source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and community outreach. 
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with hiring managers and candidates. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools. 
  • Must be able to work full-time from our Atlanta, GA (Buckhead) office.
