What You Will Do

  • Taking ownership and managing the end-to-end Scores recruitment process.
  • Partner with Scores department leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners to identify staffing needs, candidate selection criteria, and sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Selecting and screening candidates, drawing up shortlists, organiszng interviews, managing feedback and offers.
  • Developing your internal and external network of domain thought leaders and partnering with the business units to attract the best candidates.
  • Running virtual assessments and selection sessions.
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and direct channels.
  • Building excellent relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensuring a continued focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining diverse talent.
  • Producing accurate ATS reporting from req statuses, hire dates, interview progress and feedback.

What We Are Seeking

  • Degree level education or equivalent work experience.
  • A strong track record in Talent Acquisition and experience in full life cycle recruiting having filled a variety of roles for a complex and growing software organization. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated history of developing collaborative relationships with business unit leaders, hiring managers, HR partners and top tier candidates.
  • Resourceful and innovative sourcing skills to fill roles requisitions and networking to identify pipeline talent.
  • Highly energetic with a positive attitude, growth mindset and an outgoing personality who loves to engage with candidates and leaders. 
  • Immaculate attention to detail that is highly organized and process driven.
  • Team player with the ability to work under own direction and prioritize effectively.

  • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $70,000 to $110,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
