Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for professional and sales-focused talent. This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, ATS, CRM platforms, and other recruiting tools.
- Conduct candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring decisions.
- Advise leaders on interviewing best practices, talent market trends, and offer strategies.
- Ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Leverage recruiting technologies and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and results.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Agency recruiting background with a proven track record of placing sales professionals.
- Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, or B2B environments.
- Strong sourcing, talent assessment, and candidate engagement expertise.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process orientation.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting recruitment for sales and consulting professionals.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Experience recruiting within the health and benefits consulting industry.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven recruiting environment.
