As part of our AsPac People Services function, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a key role in delivering a best-in-class recruitment and selection service across a diverse portfolio . You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to proactively plan, attract and engage high-quality talent to meet evolving workforce needs . Working on a high profile new contract for Serco in the Community services portfolio, you’ll help shape the workforce that delivers meaningful services to governments and communities .

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in the AsPac Talent Acquisition team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs

  • Developing proactive talent pooling and pipelining strategies

  • Advising on recruitment technology and optimising end-to-end processes

  • Leading strategic sourcing campaigns and targeted market mapping

  • Delivering high-quality screening, assessment and shortlisting activities

  • Ensuring compliance, reporting and a seamless candidate experience

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in in-house or agency recruitment across varied portfolios (experience recruiting in the Building/Trades or Construction industry would be beneficial)

  • Confidence partnering with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions

  • Strong sourcing skills, including search, social recruiting and headhunting

  • Proven ability to manage KPIs such as time to fill and direct sourcing

  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to compliance detail

  • A genuine passion for candidate care and inclusive hiring practices
