The Role

Based in our Sydney office, you will have ownership over a mixed portfolio of both legal and business operations vacancies across our national business.


More specifically, you will:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from brief to offer
  • Strategically source, attract, and acquire top talent for the organisation
  • Utilize data and insights to advise and support decision-making throughout the process
  • Build talent pools and implement creative sourcing methodologies nationally
  • Design and roll out national TA marketing campaigns that attract and engage talent
  • Manage internal relationships and closely partner with our external providers
  • Participate in and lead TA projects and initiatives that further develop the TA capability

 
About You 

You’ll have extensive experience in talent acquisition best practices within mid-sized major corporates.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in end-to-end TA recruitment in a professional services or corporate environment. Legal experience is not essential, but advantageous
  • A passion for data and insights and be familiar with recruiting metrics and how to use them in day-to-day internal practices
  • Expert skills in developing sourcing strategies for difficult or niche roles
  • A relationship builder who can effectively communicate and build trust at all levels
  • A passion for technology, GenAI, and automation of processes
  • A professional, friendly, and engaging individual who likes to have fun and enjoys teamwork
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Someone who enjoys problem-solving and process improvement, who can solution for the business
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to get things right the first time
  • A commercial mindset with strong influencing and communication skills
  • This position is available immediately
