TABP will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment with a focus on Germany and Poland. Additionally support across EMEAI. This role manages niche hiring, direct sourcing, and stakeholder partnerships. It also drives strategic talent initiatives, reporting, and continuous improvement, while coaching hiring managers and contributing to regional TA projects.
Degree qualified - BA/BSc, or equivalent
Cross-regional full cycle recruitment experience
Experience of working in EMEAI region
Stakeholder management/Business Partnering
Direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, deep dive, x-ray, Boolean searching)
Ability to manage and prioritize workload
ATS/CRM systems experience
Language sills: fluent German and Polish
