We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join us in Bristol and help build the teams that will power that future.

The Role

As TABP, you will own and deliver end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of mid-to-senior roles, partnering closely with business leaders across the UK, Spain and the Americas.

This role goes beyond recruitment delivery — it is about shaping workforce capability, providing market insight and elevating the hiring experience across the business.

Your Key Accountabilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment from briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements and selection criteria
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and repeat roles
• Conduct market research and provide insight to inform hiring strategy
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation
• Support Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide recruitment reporting and pipeline visibility

Your Knowledge and Skills

• 5+ years’ experience managing end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Experience hiring across a generalist portfolio including mid-to-senior roles
• Strong proactive sourcing and talent mapping capability
• Confident working with senior stakeholders across multiple regions
• Able to prioritise, multi-task and deliver to deadlines
• Commercially minded, results-driven and professionally mature

Physical and Other Requirements

•    Travel may be required for this role (regional)
•    Afterhours availability will be required on occasion
