We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract through to November 2027.
Based in our Melbourne CBD office, you'll partner closely with leaders across both our corporate and village operations teams, providing strategic recruitment advice and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.

You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, helping shape talent strategies while ensuring every candidate and hiring manager receives a first-class experience.

How Youβll Make an Impact
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:
Partner with leaders to understand current and future workforce requirements across a diverse portfolio.
Develop and deliver talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and workforce plans.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of corporate and operational roles.
Proactively source, assess and engage high-calibre talent through multiple channels and talent networks.
Build strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Coach and support hiring managers on best-practice recruitment, inclusive hiring and effective interviewing techniques.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the Keyton brand.
Provide market insights, recruitment reporting and workforce intelligence to support decision making.
Champion diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements and Talent Acquisition initiatives that drive continuous improvement.

About You:
You're a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition professional who thrives on building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
You combine commercial thinking with a genuine passion for people, and you're confident influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment within an agency, internal or blended Talent Acquisition environment.
A strong track record of partnering with leaders to solve hiring challenges and deliver quality outcomes.
Experience managing multiple vacancies across diverse functions and levels of seniority.
Advanced sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, job boards and networking channels.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing capabilities.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment experience.
Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies and data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions.
Knowledge of contemporary Talent Acquisition practices, employment legislation and labour market trends.
Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Commerce or a related field will be highly regarded.
