About the Role

APM have an exciting opportunity for an innovative, passionate and high performing leader to join our management team in STATE. Managing the delivery of our Workforce Australia business in XXX.

Lead, plan, organise, resource and coordinate the regional business units to ensure that the requirements of the Employment Services contract are met, along with performance KPI’s. Manage revenue, service delivery and strategy development to ensure success of the Perth North region. Utilise your networking and marketing ability to identify and develop local linkages with employers and community support organisations vital to sustainable employment outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous relevant experience leading multiple teams in Employment Services contract delivery
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing performance improvement strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership and management ability
  • Flexibility to travel within XXX and interstate as required
  • Exampled ability to successfully manage competing priorities and manage change
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Tertiary qualifications desirable
  • Current driver's licence
  • Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes
