Summary
Recruits top talent for all positions of responsibility. Establishes sourcing and recruiting strategies to create strong pipelines of candidates to meet short-term and long-term staffing needs. Builds a talent bench to meet the needs of a growing organization.

Job Duties

  • Collaborates with Hiring Leaders, Human Resources Colleagues, and Network Senior Leadership to develop and implement recruiting strategies to support the ongoing and growth-related staffing needs of the Network.
  • Evaluates candidates for fit with the Network and effectively matches candidates with appropriate roles.
  • Functions as an Ambassador for the Network participating in both Human Resources, Recruitment, and Network events.
  • Extends and negotiates offers to identified candidates.
  • Communicates details of accepted offers to the Onboarding Team.
  • Conducts intake meetings with hiring leaders to identify core competencies and sets recruitment strategies and timelines for all assigned requisitions.
  • Maintains up-to-date tracking of candidate statuses with the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Prescreens applicants to validate stated skills, education, and experience; evaluates for fit with the Network (phone, video, assessment...etc.).
  • Contacts qualified candidates within the targeted timeframe from application date for the particular position.
  • Maintains current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), with focus on diverse hiring practices.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year of experience with full life-cycle recruiting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
