We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate Specialist based out of Milwaukee, WI. This position will be a hybrid work model.

This position will support the Talent Acquisition team in various functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves handling confidential information and requires a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and posting job descriptions across various platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Help facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote job openings.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and greater HR team members on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience (Including Internship Experience)
    • High School diploma or GED equivalent with 6 Years of Relevant Experience OR
    • Associate degree with 4 Years of Relevant Experience OR
    • Bachelor�s degree with 1 Year of Relevant Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service is a plus (internships included).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: $24- $30 Per Hour + Benefits
