Requirements

  

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the end-to-end recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling follow-on interviews and selection.
  • Conduct onboarding activities and orientation programs, evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Actively guide and support new hires throughout their first 90 days to ensure a smooth transition and early success
  • Conduct day 1, 30-day, and 90-day check-ins with new employees and managers.
  • Track and report on new hire performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Ensure the creation, maintenance, and regular updating of role cards in collaboration with hiring managers and team members
  • Pipeline development and workforce planning initiatives including running an extensive Internship program and Apprenticeship program.
  • Support various other people team responsibilities to foster personal growth and strong team dynamics 

This role ensures that our organization's talent needs are met proactively, and that employees are fully equipped and engaged from day one.


Characteristics:

  • Experience in managing talent acquisition and employee retention / development processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Self-directed with a focus on continuous improvement in recruiting and onboarding practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the organization to support a vibrant workplace culture.
  • Demonstrates a strong team-first mindset, recognizing that individual success is tied to team success, and willingly contributes      wherever needed to achieve shared goals. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or Human Resource operations
  • Proficient with recruiting systems and technologies.
  • Must be an independent self-starter with a problem-solving mentality.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
