The Purpose of Your Role 

This role is critical to Liveops’ success by ensuring a steady influx of qualified gig agents who are essential to delivering exceptional customer service for clients. By leveraging data insights, optimizing sourcing channels, and enhancing the agent experience, the Marketing Program Manager directly impacts agent quality, diversity, and retention. Their efforts strengthen Liveops’ reputation as a leader in flexible, tech-enabled customer support, enabling the company to scale efficiently, maintain high service standards, and meet the dynamic demands of Fortune 500 and enterprise clients. 

 

The Qualifications We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, related field or equivalent years' work experience required. 
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, growth marketing, or a related role. 
  • Experience with independent contractor/gig-based talent acquisition strongly preferred. 
  • Background in BPO, contact center, marketplace, or gig economy industries a plus. 
  • Proven success running multi-channel campaigns (social, paid, influencer, referral). 
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms like Facebook Groups, Instagram, TikTok, and job marketplaces. 
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and applicant tracking platforms. 
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable diving into data to inform decisions. 
  • Empathetic and human-first communicator with an eye for what makes people feel seen and heard.

The Value You Deliver 

 

Gig Talent Acquisition Strategy 

  • Design and execute strategies to attract highly skilled independent contractor agents aligned with client needs and vertical demands, and evolving program requirements. 
  • Develop rich agent personas and map talent segments based on onboarding stages, performance trends, and sentiment insights to inform recruitment, engagement, and optimization strategies. 
  • Monitor and optimize the agent funnel with a focus on quality, conversion, and speed, while contributing to a more robust, automated sentiment collection strategy to support continuous journey improvements. 

 

Agent Sourcing Marketing 

  • Own and manage agent-facing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including: 
  • Job boards 
  • Google Ads 
  • Facebook groups and communities 
  • TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts 
  • Referral programs and agent incentives 
  • Influencer and affiliate marketing 
  • Develop compelling content (ads, landing pages, emails, blog posts, social posts, video content) tailored to resonate with prospective agents. 

 

Performance & Analytics 

  • Use data to identify which channels and campaigns deliver the highest-quality agents. 
  • Run A/B tests and campaign experiments to continuously improve results. 
  • Partner with analytics to develop reporting dashboards and share performance insights regularly. 

 

Community & Reputation Management 

  • Monitor and improve agent sentiment across social media and review platforms. 
  • Own the agent reputation narrative, working with customer support, brand, and comms to ensure consistency. 
  • Support marketing and talent operations in promoting Liveops’ gig opportunity through thought leadership and community engagement. 

 

Website & Conversion Optimization 

  • Partner with the web and content teams to optimize the agent experience on Liveops.com and join.liveops.com. 
  • Ensure all campaigns have aligned landing pages, messaging, and clear conversion paths.

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and engage high-quality independent contractor agents. 
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve agent acquisition, conversion, and retention. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, seamless candidate experiences, and alignment with business goals.
