The Talent Acquisition / Learning & Development Manager plays a dual role in supporting PathPoint's mission: securing qualified, mission-aligned talent and supporting the growth and development of current staff. This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes as well as focusing on nurturing and enhancing the skills and capabilities of existing employees by facilitating learning, coaching, and development opportunities. The role is designed to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience while strengthening the organization's workforce.
PathPoint, a leader in providing support services that empower people with disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and disadvantages to be valued members of our community, is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development Manager to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll take the lead on recruitment and training. You'll support our nearly 500 employees in 5 counties, helping them with targeted coaching and individual development goals.

Compensation and Benefit Package: This is an hourly, non-exempt position and starting pay will be based on experience.
