The Talent Acquisition/Brand Ambassador plays a vital role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for the organization. This dynamic position involves building and promoting the employer brand to attract candidates while actively identifying individuals who align with the company's values, culture, and skill requirements. The Talent Acquisition/Brand Ambassador serves as a key representative of the company in the talent market, fostering relationships and building a pool of candidates for current and future openings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Representation:
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
- Effectively communicate the company's mission, values, and culture to potential candidates through various channels.
- Talent Identification:
- Proactively search for potential talent through online platforms, networking events, and industry-specific communities.
- Networking and Relationship Building:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to build a network of potential candidates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with tech schools, professional organizations, and relevant communities.
- Social Media:
- Collaborate with Marketing to enhance the company's presence on social media platforms to attract passive candidates.
- Create engaging content highlighting the company's culture, work environment, and employee success stories.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Provide a positive and transparent candidate experience by being a point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent identification strategies.
- Provide regular reports on talent acquisition efforts and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
- Collaboration
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Manager to understand specific talent requirements for different roles.
- Ensure a smooth handover of identified talent to the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, talent acquisition, recruitment, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Networking abilities and a proactive approach to talent identification.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and employer branding strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
- Creativity and innovation in developing engaging content and recruitment initiatives.
