WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Partners with hiring managers to analyze and develop recruitment plans for current and anticipated vacancies. Develops strategies for filling posted positions, coordinate implementation, and facilitate recruiting meetings.
- Recommends and facilitates interview model, develops competency based behavioral interview questions, and coordinates job specific assessment testing.
- Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using various resources such as: computer databases, networking, internet recruiting sources, media, social media, and referrals. Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Reviews applications and prescreens job candidates in order to evaluate work history, training, education and job skills to determine eligibility for consideration. Participates in interviews as needed.
- Ensures a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates and delivering a smooth interview process.
- Extends employment offers, makes salary recommendations, and conducts salary negotiations, as needed.
- Responsible for meeting KPIs by effectively managing recruiting process, maintaining strong candidate engagement, and advising stakeholders through hiring process.
- Actively seeks to learn and understand business of assigned clients
- Participates in meetings with Business Lines.
- Assists on key talent acquisition projects, by collaborating with teams, support project planning, and ensuring goals are reached.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or other related field.
- 3-4+ years of experience performing Human Resources related work with 2 or more years in a Talent Acquisition function.
- HR certification preferred.Â
- Experience with Talent Acquisition technologies including Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn is a plus.
- This is hybrid position with in office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

- Effective analytical skills, along with effective oral, written and presentation communication skills to enable accurate completion of assignments and effective interaction with all levels of associates.
- Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing strategies, interview practices, and candidate selection processes.

- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and influence others
- Ability to listen and understand information presented through spoken or written words, as well as convey information effectively to others in both individual and group settings
- Ability to apply general rules to specific data or problems and provide reasonable assumptions, guidance or suggestions
- Ability to influence people and direction through effective interpersonal interactions including the ability to recognize and understand human behavior including verbal and non-verbal actions and reactions
- Ability to hold crucial or sensitive conversations with associate and managers
- Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of various Federal, State and Local labor laws and other Human Resources related topics
- Ability to learn and work effectively with Human Resources related technology, including systems, software, and social media.  Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and Internet technology.

- The base compensation for this position is $55,284 to $73,229 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
