Location: Parramatta

 

Employment type: Temporary Full time 35 hours per week for up to 9 months with possible extension

 

Salary: $113,574- $125,720pa, plus super and leave loading (Clerk Grade 7/8).

 

 

Your role

 

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor – Team Leader, you will lead high-performing recruitment teams, delivering end-to-end talent acquisition services, expert stakeholder advice, and strategic workforce solutions to meet evolving organisational needs while ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes with positive candidate and client experiences.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

In this role, you will,

 

  • Lead a Talent Acquisition team, championing initiatives to enhance and optimise service delivery to attract high-quality talent to DCJ.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing regular updates, expert advice, and solutions to hiring challenges.
  • Actively oversee day-to-day team operations, monitoring and directing performance to achieve optimal results.
  • Drive service performance, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and integrity across recruitment processes.
  • Strengthen team capability while delivering positive, high-quality experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.

 

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Proven experience in recruitment, including leadership exposure, with the capability to develop and lead high-performing teams.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex talent challenges in high-volume, fast-paced environments while balancing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and provide coaching, training, and guidance to stakeholders and team members.

 

  • Sound knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools

 

  • Proactive, creative, and outcomes-focused mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
