About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality recruitment services that support our strategic goal of “Delivering performance through people.” In this role, you will cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders across the business. By proactively engaging with leaders and teams, you’ll gain a deep understanding of their objectives, anticipate their needs, and provide clear, consistent communication. Your ability to collaborate, influence, and navigate diverse perspectives will be essential in driving alignment, supporting strategic outcomes, and ensuring a seamless partnership experience for all stakeholders.
Additionally, you will be managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including attraction, assessment, and offer process, while ensuring compliance with policies and industrial obligations. You will also contribute to building strong talent pipelines and fostering relationships with external networks to meet current and future workforce requirements.
This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.
