The Luxion Group is growing quickly, and with that comes the need to bring in brilliant people who can help us deliver exceptional service every day. To support that growth, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Team in Chandlers Ford.

The role

In this role, you’ll take ownership of recruiting high‑volume roles such as Customer Service Advisors, Field Engineers, and operational back-office staff.

You’ll spend your time creating engaging job adverts, reviewing CVs to spot great potential, and guiding candidates and hiring managers through an efficient, positive hiring process.

You’ll be the person who ensures every candidate has a great experience from the moment they discover us, through to interview and offer.

You’ll be speaking with a wide range of people every day, so communication and relationship‑building will be key.

Good time management and planning are key, there’s always plenty going on, and you’ll be managing multiple roles at once so you will need to be organised.

If you’ve previously supported busy hiring teams or handled volume recruitment, you’ll feel right at home here. You don’t need previous experience running assessment centres, but if you have some, or you’re keen to develop this skill, it will definitely work in your favour.

We’re looking for someone who’s confident interviewing, curious about people and assertive to ensure processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
